Yorkshire women snatch defeat from jaws of victory

An extraordinary finish at Headingley saw Somerset claim a dramatic five run win over Yorkshire in a low-scoring thriller.

Earlier Hannah Rainey took 3-16 off five overs with Jess Woolston and Sarah Glenn also claiming three wickets as the visitors were bowled out for just 130.

But with four wickets falling with the Yorkshire score stuck on 121 and then the tenth on 125 the hosts somehow managed to contrive a defeat with Chloe Skelton finishing with 4-28 and Ellie Anderson 3-31 after a madcap climax.
