Yorkshire 469 all out v Warwickshire 225-7, Rothesay County Championship, Division One, Day Two

Both counties are chasing a third Rothesay County Championship win of the season, and Yorkshire look the most likely to get it following a hard-working performance with bat and ball on a North Marine Road pitch lacking its traditional pace.

Warwickshire opener Rob Yates led the way with 65 and, either side of tea, shared 54 for the fifth wicket with his captain Ed Barnard, the all-rounder who has had an impressive game so far. But the Bears will need more if they are to leave the seaside with a positive result.
