Rothesay County Championship - Day 2: Leicestershire 453 lead Yorkshire 185 and 32-2 by 236 runs.
Bottom-of-the-table Leicestershire have their eyes on a first victory since returning to Division One of the Rothesay County Championship after centuries by Rehan Ahmed and Nick Kelly put them in a dominant position after two days against Yorkshire at Uptonsteel Grace Road.
The two international batters in the Foxes line-up shared a fourth-wicket stand of 160 before England’s Rehan was out for 128, having hit 19 fours and a six. Kelly, the New Zealand left-hander, went on to make 121 with 16 fours and two sixes as Leicestershire totalled 453, giving them a lead of 268 after Yorkshire were bowled out for 185 on day one.
