Otley produced the standout performance of the weekend in the Premier Division as they powered to an emphatic win at Steeton, while Bilton continued their strong start to the season with victory against Tong Park Esholt to retain top spot.
At Summerhill Lane, Otley piled up a huge 334-2 with Josh Atkinson leading the way with an unbeaten 101 (from 106 balls), supported by George Huntley's 91 (from 126 balls), which paved the way for George Myers to blast an unbeaten 87 from just 36 deliveries with nine maximums. Steeton never recovered from an early position of 29-6 as Charlie Parker ripped through the innings with excellent figures of 5-46 while Josh Forster added 3-30 as Otley completed a crushing 169-run success. Paul Quinlan top scored for the hosts with an unbeaten 49 from the Number 10 slot.
